We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage and improve our organization’s financial performance and direct our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to guide our financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure financial health and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to guide decision-making.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financing activities.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk management to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role with minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with financial modelling and forecasting.
